My Collagen Routine: "Every morning as soon as I wake up, I heat a kettle of water. I always mix in a serving of the Matcha Collagen along with a few different adaptogens I like to take. I pulse the matcha in my blender with a splash of almond milk for a warm frothy beverage to sip and nourish myself while I go through the rest of my morning routine."
